You could have walked up on him after one of us dueled him... I dont see any combat logs that prove you collected his bounty. ::)
NHXTA KPHFA, what a n00b. No proof that you killed him other than your toon being beside a dead Sunder toon. Get it together pal.

No no gents I will verify that he did Indeed kill me lol! He had me after a fight in the starport with a few other rebels and got me during that fight!

If there is any question as to whether this is real I take pics of every single bounty I have ever killed and I have it for SOE so that no one can dispute with my combat log and pic that i indeed killed any of them...you want to see more? You want to ask SOE to look into it for us I would be happy to comply. I do the Job I get paid. Ask Dathnic himself and he will tell you. Dathnic is one of 18 people I have killed since the 15th on Bounty missions and private missions such as this one. Let me know if you want proof from SOE.

Bounty Hunters...meh. Sneak up fully buffed behind some guy crushing Christmas Gifts or or waiting for a shuttle or hanging out in a cantina or afk in his house and kill him and suddenly you're the man? I am glad you are having fun and can certainly can see the attraction of the profession, but you are little more than a nuisance to the rest of us. Occasionally it is entertaining for us too avoiding your kind... but generally just inconvenient. If you are some uber pvp'er holding Restuss by your lonesome from an onslaught of Imperial Special Forces, I am impressed. If you frapped it, I want to watch it. Ambushed 18 unsuspecting people in 15 days and took pics to prove it? Yawn... my slide show of my trip to Disneyland was more daring and at least twice as exciting (and no, I won't torture any of my fellow guildies by forcing them to watch my slides). Again... glad you are having fun, but I certainly don't think one iota less of Dathnic or his skills because you managed to Gank him.
On the flip side... when you offer a bounty on somebody, wouldn't it be much more satisfying if the system automatically sent you a pic of the death of your target when the Bounty Hunter did gank them? Along with the name of the BH that did them in? Now that, I would like to see. Hell, I'd pay extra for that.

Ok well Fair Enough, You All seem to think that BH is a BS profession. My Job, such as it is, is to find my mark in what ever capacity they are in and kill them. As a BH.....its kind of the job.......or did I miss the point? Your asking me, if I have unerstood you correctly, to go and find these people, tell them im out for them, let them get buffed, and wait till they are ready to fight? If that's what you think is fair then that's great. When I hit a mando and he uses his defence speacials I cant get through them right but when I use my defence speacials a mando can still hit me. remind me again where the advantage is? I will tell you were it is. It's when I have the oportunity to take any one of these people out where and when I choose. I dont always win, I am not the best, but I am not bad at it and until I can have a one time hit like a spy or defence like a jedi or damage like a mando I have to do what I can to make this profession work. All those who whine about BH and their tactics are sore because even with our obvious disadvantages we are still killing the uber players. Thats because we don't just run in and start shooting. We pick the time. We wait, we watch and when the time is right we strike. Dathnic confirmed this, I have no doubt that he is a uber Jedi and can hand me my ass, if any one questioned that then I would have an issue with them. But that's not the point of player bounties is it. I am not going to stand toe to toe with jedi and hope to win wether they are light or dark. The job is to kill the not to fight them. If you guys didnt like the number of pics I placed on the last reply then why question the first pic? And as far a frapped goes? I dont even know what that is but it sounds like a movies program correct? Are you serious? a movie program? to prove to you that I killed someone? Get real I make good money at this prof doing exactly what I do so this is for all in this guild. Either pay the bounty you placed on Dathnic, wich I took and wich I fulfilled, and by his word btw, or don't pay I don't care. My job is not to go on these forums and try and convince someone that what I did was right or not. So....there it is. I will continue to hunt as I see fit. In time I will add a pet as well to make sure that I have DPS comparable to some other professions. Maybe then we will duel and see if I can beat any of you, wich I still doubt, till then, see you guys around.

lol... I was not trying to indicate that BH was a BS job at all... at least not any more BS than any other profession in the galaxy. I am certain that it is a ton of fun and, again, I don't begrudge you your living. I know some great BH's here in Sunder. I think what we are saying is that it is silly to after you exercise your profession go to your targets good friends and tell them just how tough you are because you were able to kill him when he was vulnerable. It would be a little like us finding a special forces Rebel who forgot he was SF and went AFK. We would kill him, blow up his ride, etc., but we certainly wouldn't brag to anybody about it. As you said, if you were really tough you could warn your targets ahead of time that they have a bounty and you are gunning for them (and I know some of our BH's that have done just that to make it more challenging). It would make your job ridiculously tough, but if you pulled it off, you would have the absolute respect of every bounty you collected and you would probably be feared throughout the galaxy. I do not doubt you have killed the people you say you have killed or that you are good at your job. I guess I am just saying it really wasn't worth bragging about, especially here.

LOL, ooops :) I put a player bounty system in our mall. I put a trial bounty out on Dathnic and the instructions required the posting of the kill. The BH did just that, I just forgot to give us all a heads up :o With that said, more bounties will be added to the terminal located in the town commerce center.
To the original BH, sorry about the confusion and delay...i was out of town for Christmas.

There is no bragging here, just a big lack of comunication on the part of your guild, this is not a "I kiled one of your guys HA HA" this is a I got the bounty from one of your Vendors, and as per request did the job and posted wat was asked of me. Exactly as the bounty on the vendor said, this is a private bounty put out by your guild and requested a pic of the kill. Is it my fault you guys did not know what was going on in your own guild? Talk to Savuriel about it he will confirm it for you. I don't go around killing then bragging about it. My bank count keeps me warm not the praise of others. In the end I did what was asked. Talk to your own guildies about this and make sure you know what your taking about before you go off.

We have many members and its hard for everyone to keep up with all the goings ons. I'm the GL for Sunder and I know what this post was about. Also you can't brag about something you can't prove, and my point is that your pic all by itself regardless of what anyone says does not prove you defeated Dathnic...PERIOD. Show that pic to anyone, just the pic and prove you had the kill. Impossible to do and that is my point. So next time you go to someone else's boards be prepared to show full proof so you cannot be doubted, that was your only n00b mistake. And for the record I haven't said one thing that is not true.

Fair enough then don't pay I could care less, this is what you wanted this is what I provided, nothing in te bounty that said combat log or anything to that effect must be shown, Dathnic was fighting rebs, and I jumped in an finished. the record is with SOE, I understand the complaint and know what our getting at. Understand that Dathnic himself comfirmed this on your own forums so........what else am i to do, basically i am being accused of not taking the right picture. Cause thats what happened but it doesnt change what the end result of the fight was.
Next time I will show the right System message with the db.
