Who to refer a friend to.

A friend of mine from tarquinas is now on starsider and I would really like for him to get into sunder who should I refer him too?

Niee is correct. The first place your friend should be pointed to is the recruit and access forum to fill out an application. Also make sure that your name is mentioned on the app so we can grill you to death on your friend :)
